Keyboard Shortcuts

The following keyboard shortcuts work in Argos X, and have been tested on a Windows PC in Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer. You may have different results using other platforms or browsers.

General

• Ctrl-C - Copy
• Ctrl-X - Cut
• Ctrl-V - Paste
• Ctrl-Z - Undo
• Ctrl-Shift-Z - Redo
• Ctrl-K - Move focus to the Search Bar

Note: Ctrl = Cmd on Mac.

Navigation

• Tab - Navigate the different sections of the web application user interface, including the Sidebar, Explorer, Search bar, and DataBlock/Report screens

  • Tab also works to navigate through fields in dialog windows, modals, reports, and the other areas of the application

• Shift-Tab - Navigate the different sections of the web application in reverse

List Box Navigation

• Up Arrow - Move focus into the list box, move up one row
• Down Arrow - Move focus into the list box, move down one row
• Enter - Move focus into the list box
• Space - Select/deselect the currently focused item
• Home - Focus the first item in the list box
• End - Focus the last item in the list box
• PageUp - Move focus up one page
• PageDown - Move focus down one page
• Ctrl A - Select/deselect all items, for list boxes that support multiselect
• Tab - Move focus to the next element, or to the menu button of a multicolumn list box
• Escape - Move focus out of the list box

• E - Edit
• D - Delete

Explore Folder

• O - Open (Object/Card Only)
• T - Details
• S - Share
• H - Make Home Folder

• B - Embed

Reports

• O - Open (Object/Card Only)
